What happened: Medbay was bombed and the only person who bought a syndicate bomb had these objectives.
What do you mean, traitor can kill other people besides his objective if it comes to that. It seems he completed his objective on killing the said assistant by bombing the medbay?
Then they won’t have anything to worry about if staff also decides as such! :)
