What happened: They were abusing their power as a QM and beating everyone in Cargo with the baton and shooting people with a laser gun. When I reported it to the ingame admins they apparently deemed it in character which I dont know how beating and throwing people in the brig as the QM and killing the people your suppose to lead is IC but I disagree.
