AI attempted to kill me with mech on shuttle for no reason

What happened:
On the evac shuttle, AI(AI controlled mech) starts blasting me with bullet and fire round for no reason. I have zero prior interaction with AI; he is not subverted either.

the same ai hit me with mech and put me in a crit that ai was BASED.not only on the shuttle but like two times before when it was on station
