A couple of days ago I was banned. The moderator advised me to appeal the original ban. I did this and the appeal was then accepted (ID:Rainbolt). You can see the accepted appeal here: Ban Appeal for Rainbolt

However I am unable to connect due to my other account being banned. Maybe bans are made on a machine-to-machine basis? I’m not sure. Right now I am unable to play on the “Rainbolt” account, despite my appeal being accepted.
