It is pretty clear antag rolling considering your previous ban about the same issue.

Hello I was told I could appeal again in a month, it has been a few months now. I sincerely regret antagrolling, I have learned my lesson. I miss the server and community, but the thought of straight up being kicked from my body upon being jumped and converted by any antags really made me turn off the game entirely. I will never again try to abandon rounds just because I didnt get an antag.

Not playing after getting an antag ban does little to assure me that you’re not looking just to play antag to be honest. However, I will remove the cultist and rev ban (but not headrev) since I get that being booted out of your body mid-round is frustrating. You can appeal the rest of the antag ban after you’ve accumulated 100 hours since the initial antag ban (so 771).
