I think something might be wrong with your set up then cause youre not banned. Youre only ban is expired and from me like 2 years ago.

no its expired like 2 years ago there is no bans active on your account that would block you from joining the server

I think you miss understand, what type of ban is #37355?
If it’s an IP ban I can just reset my router and if it’s a hardware ban then I need to figure out how to mess with my VM
