What happened:

This guy drank everything in the virus crate, thus infecting everyone on the station with 5000 super-cancers. Literally destroyed an entire round.

Bungle The Clown wasn’t in this round at all (unless you are talking about Bungle McSnee the Cargo tech, but it wasn’t them either), but the person who DID cause the disease outbreak was dealt with, so thank you for the report regardless.
