What happened:
Captain abandoned the station early on in the round to go space exploring with a mime, and as far as I could tell he told basically none of command, as there was a bunch of panic on command comms about him not being on suit sensors, and it took a while to figure out where he went. The disk ended up somewhere, but I’m pretty sure it was secured after as there was never a lone op or anything. He eventually did come back to the station, but not for a while.
