What happened:
Someone that I met I met joined forces with me to escape when things in the station was going downhill. I told them to wait while I tried to convince someone else to go with us. Said person declined, so I went back to meet with my ally.
However, they were dead. And as I soon as I got there, I was slashed to death by someone invisible, without any chance to even ask why. I assume that this being also killed my ally.
In the post-round recap, it is disclosed that we had a space ninja as an antagonist - however, their objectives were to defend/keep the station safe. Neither of the objectives consisted in murdering any of the crew members.
