What happened:
For much of the start of the round, there was a cult scare due to a paramed drinking a Nar’Sour, but primarily due to the HOP uploading unauthorised laws to the AI, stating:

They also asked me for the spare ID, which I declined. From that point, I set HOP to arrest and treated them as a cultist until they could be proven otherwise. Because of this, HOP decided to go hide in a locker in maints for the entire round, talking only once after the accusation. Sec eventually gave up searching, and we concluded HOP is probably dead, but clearly they weren’t.
Extra context: The round before this, HOP uploaded a similar law because they were a cultist, and at this point we had 3 or 4 cult shifts in a row.
