What happened: joined as an observer late so i dont know through what context he acquired these items but i think its fair to assume that he got them by cirvumventing access using other people’s ids.
list of items he had: QM, chemist, warden IDs, secbelt, sec nightvision, krav maga, caps antique laser gun, also tided into hop office using a hand tele and broke his locker open and twas planning to overthrow the captain
edit: not sure if those ids were other people’s ids or if he made them on the identification console
