What happened:
Someone (presumably Raya, as they also had a hacked borg and fit the description given by the AI’s laws), gave the AI the following laws:
Then, presumably from an order by “THE ROBO WITH INSULS AND BROWN HAIR”, the AI electrocuted most doors and started siphoning the air out of the station. Neither Raya nor the AI had hijack or final objective. While I get the american laws are vague, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to say that trying to kill everyone on the station is fighting for the rights of every man. Whether or not the AI was following it’s laws, Raya still caused a lot of deaths for no real reason.
