Sleeps-On-Duty, who appeared to be a new player may have griefed at least one person on round 27956. i met them in maints with a dead body, offered me the body to be gibbed, inspecting the body and I saw it still had a soul in it. i asked him subtly whether he knew about the guide on acceptable killing in a semi IC way, and he said yes so i figured he could be a tator. but the round report does not list him as an antag.
