Neither borg made any attempt to report in any way at all instead opting to valid hunt, saw minerbot saw a ling in a clear attempt to help kill it and later prevented aliens from kidnapping. Zeta also killed a chaplain it thought was an alien and later almost killed an alien. Both directly violated law 3 and indirectly violated the rest of their laws by not making any attempt to report, not even through telling AI anything interesting to report. Please crack down harder on silicons breaking their laws, it happens constantly. Borgs constantly just refuse to follow laws that they don’t like.
