What happened:
These two were in the brig at the same time by coincidence, i dont know the circumstances of the arrests. What i do know, is that they disarmed and attacked security numerous times with stun batons, and finally, phoebe broke emim out of gulag (not even perma gulag, 600 points) and broke into the sec outpost to steal gear. They did not show up on the round end report as antags, and these two gave security so much trouble it’s not even funny.
