What happened:
An unidentified person, almost certainly on the engineering team, sabotaged the SM roundstart. They turned off the vents of the SM, bypassed the filter and set it to add plasma back in, possibly among other things. They later set it to filter back only O2 while me and another engineer frantically tried to get it under control, which we fortunately did. Hopefully logs are enlightening enough to figure out who exactly did it.
