What Happened: Bolted and electrified evac doors, without(from what I could see) having been emaged, and even if they were, nobody had a shuttle hijacking objective. This caused multiple people to die, and prevented others from escaping. I also think that they broke the cyborg console, but I didn’t witness that.

Looking at the logs, sweetwaterjr was actually unshocking the doors that rossiscool had shocked. Rossiscool is already on a permaban for unrelated infraction, but I’ve added it to his notes in case he decides to make an appeal.
