Someone decapitates an SSD person, didn't show up in roundend report as antag

What happened:Was doing surgery on people in the vacant commissary, someone throws an SSD person at me - I think nothing of it, but moments later I see their decapitated head on my desk. Guy who decapped the SSD guy didn’t show up in roundend, I don’t have screenshots besides the head and the roundend.

The matter has been handled in round. The decapitated person was a griefer who got banned in the same round. Thanks for the report!
