What happened: At departure time when the shuttle arrives throws or drops a bluespace banna on the little hallways to the shuttle and I slip and get teleported out to space and die. They were not on the round end report. 
They also said “Gotcha bitch” as they looked at me through a window from the shuttle as I died in space.
Belive they or someone else with bluespace bannas was doing it earlier as well and it was kinda disrupted as a large portion of the station was depressurzied so I got teleported to medbay earlier from a bluespace banna and nearly died in medbay before I left through disposals.
