I’ve recently transplanted from tg, and I like the different style of fulp, but this isn’t the first time my ahelps have been closed and unanswered, it’s frustrating.

Your ahelp was marked IC which means the issue needs to be handled in character and not through admin intervention. Being in a cell with handcuffs (as long as the cell has a timer) is not something that we reprimand security for; thus, your ticket was marked IC.

Your comment was totally rude, and bitching about your IC ticket being marked IC is grounds for a temp OOC and dchat ban, neither of which impact your ability to play the game.
