What happened:
They were a non-antag mime and they got into the vault with a stolen hand tele. They built walls to block the entrance of the vault before hand and built walls inside to block sec from arresting them while they siphon credits from the vault. They then use the stolen hand teleporter to flee and try to space a few Sec. I ahelped cause i assumed they were being a self antagging shitter cause of the name Vault Dweller, but i got no response so i assume it wasn’t handled.
