What happened:
General command incompetence
Bob Verak, as the Research Director, let an infiltrator get inside to bridge to call missiles.
Leading to a big hole appear on medical pharmacy and Tcomms being struck.
They (Bob Verak and the infiltrator) were seen exchanging syndicate minibomb after the missile calling concluded.
Crew members who oversaw the incident claimed that they have turn traitorous, however, the end report card says otherwise. The name Bob Verak is not seen anywhere.
Questioning them to find their motive has discovered that they planned to “exchange deal with desword”
Further questioning does not result in anything as they have refused to answer the question.
Thus, leading to this Grief Patrol being made, further investigation required.
