What happened: He wandered the halls and the escape shuttle glowing radioactive, hurting a LOT of people. he had no objectives to do this. He was to murder a single person and a non violent objective.
rule 1 from antagonist roleplay standards 1). Being an antagonist is not sufficient cause for random murder. Arguing that syndicate agents want to make Nanotrasen look bad (or similar)is not an acceptable excuse.
