Ban Message (Gyazo/imgur or copy and paste): As a fellow medical doctor harassed another member continously through the round asking for them to be fired, arrested and repeatedly calling them a hoe. This is harassment and misogny which we wont tolerate at all in this community.

Hello,I wish to provide more details in hope to get unbanned.
This started when Vela (the medical doctor I did this to) stole the tools I printed from the protolathe, and i called them a hoe as a a response, just a random insult you throw at people, then when I saw the CMO and Vela near each other i decided to make a joke. It was me asking the CMO to fire Vela for been a hoe,I had zero believes that he would fire Vela, and he didnt, Vela just closed some windows shutters and the CMO said “well I see your point, but no” or something amongs those lines,I had zero intentions of having her fire.
On the mean time I was doing my job and objective of stealing guns,and probably when I met in Vela because we are on the same department I would just emote *stare and say “Sup Hoe” without really meaning any harm, just again,some insults you throw at people you have a grudge on.
Then later I think Vela pda messaged me and me to her , i dont remember what was it about but i remember the last one i sended was “i will get you fired and ruin your life :)” again,as a joke, like a highschool girl threat,i did nothing at all to get her fired after that message,nothing,didnt even talk to the CMO or anything.
More time passes and I get to steal an e gun from a shop someone set up,and I get 3 guns the objective asked me to steal (in the end i didnt get greentext because 2 of the 3 guns i stole were practice ones and i thought they counted),and im happy and all ready to get out since shuttle was on its way,so I go to medical (were I hid my 2 practice guns) grab those 2 guns and then I see Vela working on someone on the surgery room,and I still wanted to get a a bit of revenge,so since I though I wont see her anymore cause I was going to go to pods, I decided to shoot her with the E gun on disabler mode till stuncrit and I think say " see ya hoe" one last time,this idea wasnt very bright because on my way to pods HoS pda messages me saying if I own an E gun. There are a few messages with him but on the mean time im already on the pod that i wielded and placed a wall on. But on the messages he says I am going go have to get arrested,and I panic a bit,so to buy me the few minutes till the shuttle goes off I lie to him saying that I only pulled my E gun because Vela showed off her chainsaw, this was again,hoping this would distract them a bit to not check the pods,and it worked,another thief broke into the pod , i shoot him but we become fellow thiefs,and that is about it on the important details I think
I think the wanting to fire her part of the ban is incorrect since it was a joke and after that joke, again, i did nothing to get her fire nor i had the intent,and the wanting to arrest part is justified since it was escape related, what Bullets i will take are shooting her with the e sword to stuncrit and calling her a hoe multiple times (that i will say it wasnt the entire round,just counted times),but i didnt mean no harm and Im sorry, i will stop these jokes to the people that seem not to like them

Oh so it was about tools. Thought so to be honest, but I’m still baffled. I’ll start with that I did not intend in stealing tools, all I needed was a retractor/saw/bonesettler, all of which i clicked in the techfab UI, at the same time as you printed your tools. It might be a case where one of my inputs didn’t go through and I nabbed one of your tools instead. But it wasn’t more than one or two basic medical tools, which are basically free to print, as they only need glass and metal. And, after I grabbed them, from what I recall I said “Hi”, because I frankly thought that I might have grabbed one of yours, but then after you didnt react for a few seconds, I ran away because I needed to heal and revive Timmy, and I was in a hurry. Afterwards you never mentioned anything about tools, so until this ban appeal I had no idea why you hated me so much.

Yeah honestly once I got context for this I don’t really care about you, as a thief, throwing shade on me (even this uncompelling) to distract sec. But that part wasn’t ever one of my main points in the patrol, as its not even mentioned in the ban message.

I really tried to not go on a tangents and just to respond with more info, hope I succeeded. But I really do not understand how you can still describe calling someone you had no previous interactions with names, non-stop a “”“joke”“”, even after they clearly showed you that they want to be fucking left alone.
I don’t know what you want to succeed at with this appeal, but you successfully made me take a break from ss13.

Hello Vela, while I see how you feel now (again,im sorry didnt mean to cause you to have to take a break) I want to add to my POV that I didnt get or catch any clear signs to want to be left alone , the most I can remember was you shutting down the shutters in front of me and the CMO which I saw as comedic timing. If i had know that It would have caused this I would have stopped and apologized at that moment,but you didnt communicate it to me. And also for my POV I though you would know that tool moment as the only instance of me having a grudge on you since that was the firts interaction we had.
I also still think that me acusing you was kinda smart since security would be suspecting a bit someone who says someone comitted a crime,but thinking about it i messed that part up by admitting I had an e gun to the HoS,but thats just my brain not working right and you also said it wasnt your main point
I personally feel bad for causing you this because empathy and because I do not enjoy making people personally bad like this

Shitty excuse, again not a joke. You don’t get to be misogynist and shitty and then say “oh it was just a joke” and expect to be let off.

No, it really isn’t.

No one likes them. One thing you are right about though is that you’re gonna stop, or at least won’t use them here, because this appeal is denied.
