I’d like to ask the ban to atleast be made finite because i won’t make such comments again, i now realize it was a joke of bad taste given that this issue remains present in many places of the world where people won’t tolerate love between people of the same gender and the freedom to love or not to in general, i am in favour of the LGBT movement, no one should be discriminated against period, and i have taken consciousness that this is a hot topic not to be joked about.
I must also mention that the ban reason itself is wrong, if you check the logs i never said they should be removed, when i mentioned removal i mentioned how they wouldn’t be removed because people will realize removing them is irrational, and while not on the same level at all, i used the removal of felinids as an analogy, what the joke may have spoken in favour of is the readding of felinids, and the joke began when i told Tina over PDA that we could use them for a gimmick without fear of it getting removed, if i wasn’t joking then i still was on the side using pride pins, not the one trying to remove them, and indeed it was a joke, i would never want to remove the expression of others. Finally, although it has nothing to do with the ban, i wouldn’t use pride pins just cause, i am LGBT myself.

Editing to add that after this appeal was adjudicated, one of our players DM’d me about you sexually harassing them in Discord DMs. I’ve cut out the player’s Discord for their privacy, but the full context was sent and there was nothing in their response that would have indicated this was welcome behavior.
Normally, players are allowed to re-appeal in 6 months, but considering our strong stance against sexual harassment this will not be re-reviewed, and you are not welcome in our community.
