State your appeal: I’d like to be back on Fulpstation. I didn’t really know I was breaking a rule and didn’t really mean anything bad by it, but coming back now I realize that I broke rule 5 and would like a second chance.

Out of all the rules to break unknowingly, this is the one that’s the least excusable. Also, you were already warned about this, at which point you should have at least skimmed the rules, let alone just the one your broke. This is also an incredibly lazy appeal. You won’t be allowed back just because you want it.
