State your appeal: i called someone a ret*rd once and most likely someone else reported me to a staff member about it , the staff member claimed that i broke rule 4 which is fair but i have never broken rule9!!
I have not ! It was only once and in character and i didnt put much thought behind it , I also didn’t harass the person , i meant it as just his (the CMO) performance. it was just an insult. Just because someone took offense does it mean that i have to be permanently banned ??

Core 9 is on toxicity. Calling another player a ret*rd is toxic. This ban appeal is wholly unapologetic and I have no reason to think you really understand why this is not something you call other people. This is denied.
