State your appeal: I don’t see how having more than one account is reason for a perma ban when neither account was banned to begin with, I do not remember my account information for my original account and had to make a new one, I also saw it as an opportunity to have a fresh start in ss13 and wanted to keep it that way, in my opinion this it super blown out of proportion receiving a ban for this. I also wish I could get a chance to respond before the ticket is closed.
