What happened:
We caught a Syndicate Agent with a syndicate modsuit, Richard Green. We had approval to execute them over PDA messages with the Captain, so we did just before getting to the shuttle.
On the emergency shuttle, I was handling several different things at once (Richard Green’s corpse and a Botanist weed-grenading the entire shuttle) and the CE asked to see the modsuit. I didn’t say yes,but the weed-bomb gave me brain damage and I fell asleep, so the CE took advantage to take the syndicate modsuit and loot it for themselves.
They took the esword and syndicate hand teleporter from inside of it and put it in their own modsuit so I wouldn’t be able to get it back, so I batoned them to take the modsuit and take the contraband back, to which the CE immediately started yelled about how I was using syndicate gear and started trying to baton me, essentially trying to start a lynch mob on me for taking away the syndicate gear they had stolen.
