What happened:
I did not witness it, and am writing from what I saw dchat complain about. And since i have a feeling noone is gonna patrol it im doing it myself.
When i observed, I saw Nikolai (the chaplain) in robotics, mindshielded, with 4 soul crystals:

According to the dchat he killed and sharded at least four people from robotics without proper reason to:
