What happened:
Jack Durds were randomly attacking completely unprovoked, i only saw him attack me, but he looked very much like a self antag. I was traitor that round, and my holoparasite (IC name: the high priestess) also saw what happened. Luckily, afterwards i saw their name on the objectives (the kill and put a calling card on obj) - so my stand did kill him afterwards with proper IC justification.

They got perma banned already for other things so this is technically dealt with.
