I was playing as chemist and got traitor midround. I was briefly caught by sec and then tricked the officer into letting me go. I picked an ‘assassinate the chef’ objective and as the round drew to a close I chucked a CLF3 firebomb into the kitchen when nobody but the chef was there.
Then I got banned. Presumably the admin saw my note history, saw the grenade, and decided I was another ban evading grief bomber or something without looking at my antag status.
Hey there, I just wanted to say I made a mistake on this and fixed it right after. I misread your byond account join date. I thought the account was made three days ago, but it was actually made on 7-17-2020 not 2022 so I apologize for that and being quick on the draw there. I have already changed this to a 7 day ban regarding our progression policy, but I’m sorry for not PMing you in game and asking you about it. I would have handled this differently, but I was under the impression this was just a grief account and I don’t like to give those people the satisfaction of attention if I don’t have to.
An admin should be able to see this appeal and handle it soon, I just wanted to explain why I placed it in the first place. I just saw 7-17 and a history of bans and mistook this as a ban evasion account
