What happened: Damien decided to welderbomb on the shuttle and ended up killing all of security (HOS, Warden, A detective and 1 or 2 security officers) as well as a captured traitor. He had no reason to do so other than “wanting to blow up a door”. He didn’t take in account that the welder tank he was going to blow up was actually a large one with much more fire power.
