What happened:
I arrived to the station about 40 minutes in to find the Captain had suicided. The next person to become Captain was the RD, who then decided to use their new position as the Captain to do whatever they wanted, rather than to actually do their job.
They walked into Engineering and asked for an RCD for construction. I, as the only engineering staff, asked them what they needed to do construction for, and they ignored me, printed an RCD, and left.
They spent the entire round working on a rage rage in space outside of departures, rather than doing Captain OR RD stuff.
They were the only command member and also some scientist called the shuttle and they were mad about it. All of security got killed by a Bloodsucker who was on a rampage and they ignored it in favor of their rage cage.
