What happened:
The quartermaster promoted the clown to captain, then when I, the real captain arrived told me to execute him for it. I cut his legs off and demoted him since he wanted to be so bad.
Bizarre bottle, the clown used their AA to help a traitor, pauleen barrett complete their objectives. They had no PDA messages between each other either so it coulda been metacomms if their say logs are empty idk.
