What happened: Robert McSteal was beating and beheading multiple people in the center of the station.

They then later went on to drop a lit welder in a plasma contaminated room despite multiple warnings not to do so, causing all Power Storage to break and the station to lose almost all power and become uninhabitable.

Afterwards they started a delamination to force a shuttle call and attacked me when I stopped it.

Same round McSteal was making a bunch of stunprods near the front of the shift. He said something that sounded like rev justification (anti tyrant iirc?) so i just went to do my own antag thing as I was a bloodsucker.
