So what you want to do is try to get a cursed heart and a life steal rune for your KA. You get these from the chests that you get from the necropolis tendrils (keep in mind you have to be lucky to get what you want) then what you want to do is learn the beat of the cursed heart since if you miss a beat not only will you not get healed but you will lose blood after that go into cargo and stick as many cool down upgrades into your KA as you can along with your life steal rune. You’ll be able to survive almost anything purely off of the health that the cursed heart gives you and the life steal, keep in mind you won’t be able to beat your heart if you’re unconscious and that you can still easily die if you can heal fast enough
