What happened: They weren’t allowed in perma to talk to their client so they decided to get access to brig from hop or captain that was removed by me (I was HOS), after i died they came back with access re-added to their ID and RCD as doors leading to perma were bolted because someone released a traitor earlier on, they deconstructed the walls to get in and released the perma prisoner.
