What happened: Detective Eraukon Faust Acted above his station and Permanently Detained two people for invalid crimes. Both had been stripped of all gear and put in oranges and not filed as Incarcerated. The warden had Zero Idea why they had been arrested. Due to them being in Permanent Containment and unable to verify their records they asked to be released. During evacuation, with poorly filed paperwork on the clown (Real HOS) I detained for evacuation and was letting them gather JOB RELATED gear UNDER MY DISCRETION AS A OFFICER. Literally the Suit, mask and shoes for the clown (to deescalate). With due process and took them thru brig prepping to leave. I as a officer was moving them to Evac, Detective Faust Haulted me, Refused direct orders from me a Officer to “stand down” and leave to evacuation. He then retaliated to my shoving and Disrupted me Evacuating the Perma’d Clown. This is severe dereliction of duty, to stop a evacuation of a Perma is disruption of STANDARDS OF OPERATION. He Did Eorg us in brig and expressed “to remember this”. So he is confident in his behavior as acceptable, that detectives can arrest, detain, and Permanent Detain players. As detective he can ignore direct and lawful orders within the chain of command. Because the dead captain told him he could. Job ban his ass for abusing the clowns and Fighting a officer about it.

Hi there, I was Eraukon. I simply said you were disobeying HoS orders of having them in the prisoner area to be cuffed as the Perp clown treatened to bomb the station, helped the other perma prisoner escape custody. I by no means halted you. You walked by and pushed me threatening to “call the gods” for simply me walking with you explaining that your disobeying HoS orders. If you wanted to go on the shuttle you had all of the means to do so. In no way was I stopping you. You were so concerned about me “stopping you” when I was simply explaining to you that you need to talk to HoS before letting him go free of charge.
Edit: and as far as brigging the clown, I only did what was told to me to do by acting CAP at the time. I have no access to the brig cells as detective.
Simply could have left for evac. But you had no idea what I was doing and stopped me. You then held meta grudge all next round. Shoved me for no reason “because you shove everyone”
I in no means stopped you, just relaying to you what the HoS and acting Captain relayed to me. You were absolutely free to do whatever. Me warden and other officer got into shoving match the last round for fun. I think you are taking me way too serious.
Losing a game, or getting red-text is apart of this game. Our communication and this last round was toxic. Your actions twords me have been clear. I made a report and you have targeted me for it.
My claims stand, you think this behavior is acceptable.
I was stopped when you followed us and berated me and the clown. In practice if I
a officer enroute with a detainee is harassed I move to a location to secure them first.
I moved to general holding. You followed me to that area, and harassed me and the clown. I told you to leave. then pushed you away, you cept coming back for two minutes you delayed via direct confrontation. Your opinion is apparently more important then basic standards for security: To get the perma to evac.
Let me be clear here. I do not think preventing you to board the shuttle and red text is acceptable. I would never do that and never did.
I never berated the clown or you. Just telling you what the HoS and acting captain wanted security to do with the permas. You were so schizo about it that you never left, revolting when I simply relayed what they wanted us to do. The only one metagrudging here is you.
Edit: On a second note, what the HoS and acting Cap tell us what to do with permas is and should be the final word. You don’t get to put a special spin on it like you did. All I did was approach you and ask you why the clown wasn’t cuffed like the HoS wanted, and your retort was. “Go away or im calling Centcomm”. Don’t threaten to call gods or centcomm to get actions to happen in your favor.
