Even after i told you in Ahelps that its against the rules, you continued to do so, saying you were jsut trying to teach them the game

Basically, me ,and my friend, who was new at the time were just playing around and I was just teaching him the basics,(we were metacomming, I didnt know what metacomming meant when i read the rules) during the round, he was a sleeper agent, and he got confused what this meant. I didnt think teaching someone how to be an antag was that bad, and I do realise not Ahelping to see if this was allowed or asking a mentor to teach my friend was a bad idea. But we were having a really fun time, and I got excited so I completely forgot the rules, which was also a bad idea,(Which i skimmed through when i first started playing and didnt read properly)So I asked what his uplink was, and teached him how to use the syndicate store, i bought a emag for him, and tried to teach him one of the missions, which was bug an office, We went to bridge, I told him all he had to do was have the emag in his hand and click on any door that isnt welded or bolted and it would open, i hacked in, draggging him, gave him the bug and told him to press z in the caps office to plant it, he planted it and left. This was about the time the admin boinked me and asked why i was metacomming and using an emag as non antag. I told him i was teaching my friend how to play traitor, since he was very new. I told my friend we had to leave the call and we did. I then bought sleeping carp for him, and jokingly tried to use it infront of him, he didnt care, because he didnt understand what I was doing and was also a mime, he didnt know emotes so just stared me( I did not know non traitors can use cqc books or sleeping carp scrolls).I threw it at him when the bar ended and the realised I had used it. I then realised I fucked up. This was where the admin pinged me again saying why are you still helping him, ( i think ) and I said something, but i dont remember. He then told me something and I asked, “is this a ban?” and he said obviously. I left after that and got back into a call with my friend and we played something else. Now, Im not saying this ban is false, and i think its completely fair, considering my history, and 200 hours of playtime I dont really have an excuse for this. I never took the game seriously but I have been playing on another server for like 6 months and I have fully learnt and understood my mistakes and think I can play on this server again, without breaking any rules. I own up to my actions, but I think I understand the game enough and can take the rules seriously and deserve another chance
