State your appeal: I don’t remember what exactly I did but I do know that whatever it was it most likely was against the rules of the server and got me labeled as a troll, I have since then read over the rules and will take them extremely seriously going forward and do my absolute best to be a normal member of the community who won’t make any more trouble going forward. I’d really appreciate the second chance and the opportunity to show that I can do better. If I could be filled in by someone else about the specifics of why I was banned Id also be happy to specifically point out where I went wrong and showcase my knowledge of the rules so that I can prove that I’m trying to take this seriously and wish to move on from this.

It’s been a long time so this will be accepted.

Now you should go and read the rules, they are a lot different from when you got banned and if you break any of them seriously it will be go straight into another perma.
