The miner I took the blood drunk miner trophy from was crit dying to a goliath and I frowned cause its so useful for fighting bosses so I took it and then got his medi out to heal him back up. I mined for a bit more and went back to the station while being told to return the gear. I said I would return the gear and then just explained how this is a cycle of abuse with shaft miners, miners take gear from crit miners all the time and its happened to me personally. Then I was grabbing my mining order from cargo and I got banned for 3 days. I dont understand why if I said id return the loot to him, I was literally just grabbing my mining mod and medipen from cargo before i left back to lava land (where the other miner was). I am not saying I was correct in taking his trophy, in fact during the sit I said id return the loot so I just really dont know why I was banned when I was told to return the gear and I said I would. I never even got the chance to return it just got banned. ;(. I would also like to add regarding the ban message “Second time you’ve ben warned about not looting miners of their gear when they’re in crit as a non antag this week” I think I did it a long time ago when I was new to mining but I was not in an admit sit related to this same issue to my knowledge. Just wanted to mention this. Appreciate any help
