Random ban out of nowhere

  6. State your appeal: I just decided to get on the server for the first time in a couple weeks and was greeted with a ban. I’ve been playing for a few years maybe 4 or 5 and this just came out of nowhere while I was offline. I don’t know for sure what it’s talking about but I believe it’s the account name. Is there any way to change the name or am I just screwed here?

Edit: I accidentally put ban ID instead of Round ID.

You can make a new account and we can re-unlock any roles for you; sorry this should have been mentioned in your ban message.

So no way to change? Oh well. I’ll make a new one some other time. Don’t worry about unlocking the roles. It’s fine. I’ll work my way back up to captain one day. Thanks for the quick reply.

As suggested I made a new account, same name as the one on here and I’m still incapable of logging on. I just get the same message.

What’s your new account name? I’ll need to manually exempt the new ckey, but you should be able to log in after that.
