What happened: It seems like someone was trapped in evac’s EVA storage, and the HOS opened it and shoved the guy into the portal opened by the portable teleporter, preventing them from evacuating.
I have a video of what happened, so if you need that just DM me or something.
the guy was breaking into command area of the shuttle, he wasn’t stuck.
He got teleported back to the station, not space.

Couldn’t have known. Not only did the HOS not give a reason for the teleportation, but the command section of the shuttle had no damage. A break in couldn’t have been possible unless it was from the outside, which leaves me to believe the guy had no way to evacuate except for breaking into the shuttle.
Also, I never even said he got teleported into space, and teleporting someone back onto the station is still something you can’t do.
