What happened:

I was looking YT with Space station13 open in the backroom, when I check SS13 I see Solomon Vader carrying a high charge fuel tank (don’t remember the name of this fuel tank) between the emitters and the SM chamber, there he had a plasma canister, the emitters hit the fuel tanks and everything goes boom, then he enters the SM chamber and get dusted.

*this imagine is after a engineer made a quick fix, i think the engineer died trying to fix it.

This basically confirmed my suspicions. I ended up with 2000 rads trying to fix this. I heard a boom and thought it was gibonite but when I arrived there was a broken plasma canister next to the coolant filters.

The CE afterwards turned on the emitters twice before it was stabilised which didn’t help the situation. They also wrenched an oxygen canister to the area where there is a filter to collect gases (it was a manifold so the o2 went into the cooling loop) for unknown reasons.
