What happened: Steve, as non-antag QM, ordered a shit ton of guns and gave them out to the crew without permission of any heads (as far as i know, none of them responded). When i tried to confiscate them as a sec officer, Steve then opened lethal fire at me. He claimed it wasn't cargonia but passing out free guns with no apparent threat or permission from the heads is borderline cargonia.
